Most teachers are challenging. Most play good music. I wish there were more 5 and 5:30 core 2 in metro denver though. They’re used to be more.

I like the vibe of this ‘original’ Denver CorePower location… and the thoughtful instructors. Unless there’s some sort of big special event going on in the area, I never have an issue with parking or getting in and out at this location. It’s one of my top 3 favorite CP studios to practice at in Denver.

I love the instructors. We keep coming back regularly for Elias and Lisa. I also like how roomy Grant’s women’s locker room is. I wish the showers would get warm quicker 🤣 but other than that I think the locker room is a lot nicer than a lot of other core powers I’ve been to.
