Friendly, location, many different class times to choose from
Mike K is one of my all time CorePower favorites. His classes push me to limits, while at the same time call my mind and leave me feeling completely reset and refreshed. He’s awesome!
Loved it so much! The studio is clean, spacious, and very welcoming. Mike was an incredible instructor who made me feel like I belonged there and empowered me to do postures at my own pace but challenged me at the same time. His energy carried me through the class!
Very inviting from the moment you walk in the door. Locker rooms are clean. Energy in the classroom was magnetic, heat was fantastic and the instructor definitely draws you in.
Marta was amazing. So kind and helpful and a great teacher. Core Power is what got me into yoga back in 2007 when I lived in San Diego, so to go to the flagship studio where it all began was amazing. Marta has a special energy that makes you want to be around her and your can tell she’s an accomplished yoga teacher with lots of experience. I was visiting from out of town and it made my trip to be able to practice at Core Power.
It's a great location. Plenty of natural light comes through the windows to the practice rooms, which gives a radiant atmosphere. Instructors are professional, thoughtful and charismatic. Aspen, the studios manager is awesome ❤️

That was an amazing workout & the instructor was so kind but also tough and I loved it.
The classes here are excellent, and the instructor always offers options to modify poses as needed. The studio is spotless, and the instructors are not only friendly but also highly professional, creating a welcoming and supportive environment.
Reece takes teaching yoga to a whole other level in your practice. His vibrant energy, in depth teaching and intentional eastern philosophy can’t help to feel his passion for what he does.
Bo is absolutely wonderful! His gentle flow as he guides you through each posture is spot on. Moving with intention breathe and great music.
These two gentlemen are money! Well worth the long drive to for me to practice at this studio!

Great instructors that lead challenging and restorative flows that leave my body feeling great. Studios are hot and clean, the women’s locker room is clean and stocked with amenities. My happy place for sure :)

Reece is an amazing teacher who brings so much energy and knowledge to every class. I'll keep coming back for sure!
One suggestion is that the studio could use a deep clean or at least a refresh. The rust stains on all of the light fixtures can be a bit off-putting.
