Kate Fr's class has been my least favorite out of all the classes I have attended. The infinity breathe routine was unyielding, leaving no room for movement adjustments. Moreover, she persisted with it well into what should have been the cool-down segment of the class, which resulted in borrowing time outside the scheduled hour. Also was a huge fan of the upstairs room its a hot room, open exposed windows, and the heat was another level. Over all great club and friendly staff though.

The best yoga flow I’ve had in a class. Instructor was a great speaker, clear corrections. Overall a wonderful experience. Can’t wait to come back.

Even after a long day at work, I felt energized and excited to start class. Molly does a great job at keeping the energy up and consistent through class. Molly offered different alternatives to exercises to make them more intense and less intense.
