Your service is great

The phone call I received from three different people. S.R. sales person, Ashley from finance department and Garth from service department, thanks for letting me know what was happening. The service personnel Chris that walked us through the trailer and answered questioned we had. Service was great.

Your repairs department was very good at coming out and checking our air conditioner when I called about the recall letter,but I would have liked a note saying they had done it. The smoke detector on the ceiling needed a battery and I can not get the piece with the battery in it back onto the ceiling. If you happen to be in the area again I would like you to check it out, Or do I need to get a new one?

Steve was great. He was very responsive and helpful with all of my requests and questions. We were looking for a certain style and size of trailer that was proving to be challenging to find. As soon as one was available Steve called me and we lined up coming down to look at it.

Definitely would recommend Four Seasons and Steve to anyone looking to purchase a new or used camper.

I have dealt with other RV Dealers and you guys really understand the importance of superior customer service. I really like the unique service options you guys offer as for as Road Side Warranty Repairs/Assistance and although I don't need it, your winter storage program sounds excellent and offered at very reasonable rates.

Your sales people really know their inventory and product line as well as they are knowledgeable on tow vehicles, tow ratings and vehicle insurance policies. The inventory available is vast and wide. There is something for everyone.

The warranty services have been above exceptional. From fast, quick responses to just assisting over the phone with queries and concerns. I'm so happy with my purchase, I would not hesitate to send folks your way. I speak highly of Four Seasons and my seasonal camping neighbors have seen Road Side working on my unit and have been very impressed. I've noticed more and more units with Four Seasons decals so you guys are definitely getting noticed. Do not change a single thing.

What I appreciated most was the salesman would respond to a request, then did not hound me with phone calls. I requested a quote a number of months ago, with the stipulation that I would call when I was ready to follow up myself.

A few months later, I was able to arrange to go down and view a few trailers.... bingo!!!! Felt great about the whole experience!
