The repair service and warranty service is very good. We live 170 miles from Virden but they sent a serviceman right away to replace a cable on one of the slides even though it was functioning and had not broken yet. Everyone I talked to are pleasant and enjoyable to deal with.

So far we have enjoyed our new camper! The road side assistance was extremely helpful, the only issue that we discovered was we needed our carbon monoxide detector replaced, the technician came out to remove the old one and I was told that they might have a black one in stock, time went by and no call about coming to reinstall the new one, so I contacted the technician and was told to make another service call. In my opinion that should have been completed with out me having to call a second time.
My wife and I bought a 2018 Jayco camper and we like it very much.
