Everyone we met and dealt with, Brandon, Terri Lynn, Craig, Chris, Shelley, and all the reception personnel whether we were there or phoning seemed just to happy to address all and any of or concerns and make us very comfortable and satisfied. On site service was the selling point for us when purchasing from Four Seasons. Bought a new camper and have 3 years on site service. We are two and a half hours away. Well worth it. Have purchased both our campers from Four Seasons. Very courteous service.
