Service department and sales

There were a number of issues to be addressed concerning the purchase of our new Jayco trailer. To this date, the issues have been resolved to our satisfaction by Four Seasons Sales.

Called Four Seasons and explained what I wanted. Lance was super easy to deal with and heped find the right unit for us. No pressure to buy, and super helpful. 5 stars for Lance and Four Seasons.

Outstanding service! From every aspect of the business! From the spring show in Brandon, to the inquiring about the purchase, answering our questions and helping guide us to our final decision, to the whole buying, the delivery walk through, and the after sales service! Unreal service we cannot say enough good about! They are the only place we will ever deal with and send all our friends there too now! The best dealership around! I've bought a few vehicles new at car dealerships as well as a bunch of used and the service here makes everywhere else look like a yard sale!

The fixing of any issues found during the demo takes far too long. Also very hard to read the person's hand writing that give us the demo. Hard to make out what is actually on the demo information sheet and what was fixed.

Parts in stock (always). Service trucks on the road. Hands down the place to go for rv needs in Westman...

Very professional staff and they dropped everything the day after we picked up our Reflection 28BH to fix a small issue we had with the bunkhouse door. I can't say enough about the exceptional costumer service! Worth the drive from Airdrie, Alberta.

The supreme service.

We were looking for good, used--------sales rep Steven told us one had just come in that day------he sent us photos and we liked what we saw so made plans to go in the next day (3 1/2hr away) so he held it for us.

Steven showed it to us, answered any questions and concerns so made the deal for pick-up the Tuesday of the next week.

When we came in another staff person took us through it-------top to bottom and inside and out-----showed us how to use everything as some things were new to us. They even had our name on it!!!!!!

We were shown other available options which they had in stock, so for what we had selected, installation was done right there and then !!! And there is warrantee so we feel comfortable with a used product.

Overall we were very impressed with Four Seasons-------they have such a vast selection of new and used makes and models of trailers/campers, parts and products available on hand. They are obviously capable of servicing a very large area-------they also have a fleet of service vehicles that come to you if something was not done right before they send you off with your purchase.

Staff in every department were very friendly and helpful-------a lot of smiling faces so you get the feel that staff like working there too.

This was our first dealing with Four Seasons as we did not really know of them before this. And we would highly recommend them for anyone's camping needs-------Happy Camping!!!!!!!
