I appreciate the prompt and mobile service that Four Seasons Sales provides. I had a little problem on my unit on a Friday evening on a long week-end and was very pleased I was able to call for service and received a call back very shortly and the service man was able to talk me through on the phone. easy to deal with but have a few broken things that r major problems before even using it and we are told the extended warranty doesn't cover it and its a used camper but a broken table top corner is a problem. But other then that the experience was good. Just will be more thorough next time.

We researched and settled on the 5th wheel model we wanted. In casual conversation a friend related that his friends highly recommended Four Seasons. They were right! Right model and right price. There some minor issues as one might expect, however your service department has been extremely understanding and accommodating. No run around, all done with a smile to get us back on the road.

Your service is the best! One day my hubby was busy helping two other women get their campers ready to leave the park while he was draining our septic system. Unfortunately he left our black water valve closed when he hooked up the water to clean the black water holding tank. Our pipes burst, clamps & hangers broke, our toilet inside the camper pulled away from the floor. It was a real mess! We thought our camping would be over for a few months. WRONG!!! Four seasons fixed our camper within one week...at no charge! I recommend everyone to Four Seasons! Because of your service.
