I've owned quite a few campers. Buying new, I feel like I had to fight for warranty service at a lot of dealers. With summer being busy, they want you to wait till fall so they can do the work in winter, which doesn't always work for me. Four Seasons doesn't only perform the work in reasonable time, but they come right to your home to do it. They also have very friendly staff and make reasonable deals.

We appreciate the service, although I phoned in last weekend with a grey water leak and had to phone back a week later to see when someone was coming.

Brandon Lockerby, our salesman, was very professional and helpful. Gerald gave us a very thorough demo on pick-up day. The repair techs gave us immediate service on a couple of minor issues. The Grand Design Reflection seems to be well built and great quality. The rest of the staff that we dealt with were helpful and friendly.

From sales to service we have loved everything about Four Seasons. We searched the city and didn’t feel listened to like we did at Four Seasons. They found the exact used trailer we wanted and made the sales process easy. We had an issue early in with the trailer and were presently surprised at how quickly they resolved it! The drive out there is well worth it. Next trailer will be with them no question!
The customer service at Four Seasons is like no other. We are new to the RV world and bought our first camper from them because we heard how great the staff are....and they didn't disappoint!! They made our whole experience buying our first camper amazing. They were patient, extremely helpful and understanding with how many questions we had. Very satisfied with the 2017 Cougar we bought last year. Also, your follow up on a couple of issues we had with the new unit was great. Road crew promptly visited and tweaked whatever had to be done. Thank you.

good morning. I had ur guy come and do some warranty work on my trailer. I asked him where the best place to pu the screws for the tv in the bedroom I never asked him to install he just went ahead and did it. Now you guys are charging me $30 for installing two screws. I just asked for advice thats it. but any ways All the work he did was 100%.

Good product variety, good sales personnel ( not pushy), very pleasant staff from the welcome desk through the garage group, small town feeling, great.
I love that they have road side assistance but it has got too big & the service has "paid the price "

Sales are great but sometimes it seems some members of the parts department are not as helpful or knowledgeable as they should be and they don’t seem willing to go to someone more experienced for help and the customer is left frustrated.
