good morning. I had ur guy come and do some warranty work on my trailer. I asked him where the best place to pu the screws for the tv in the bedroom I never asked him to install he just went ahead and did it. Now you guys are charging me $30 for installing two screws. I just asked for advice thats it. but any ways All the work he did was 100%.

It is their service that has me coming back to Four Seasons Sales & Service. The team always makes it right including when I experience issues as far as Regina. Four Seasons can count on me being a customer!

Good product variety, good sales personnel ( not pushy), very pleasant staff from the welcome desk through the garage group, small town feeling, great.

I love that they have road side assistance but it has got too big & the service has "paid the price "

The sales personnel, finance department staff, and the employee that did the demonstration on pick up day , all were very pleasant and helpful. The only negative is that we purchased a few items on the day we picked up our camper, was made to feel like we would be getting a bit of a deal because we were purchasing our camper from there, only to find out we could of got the same items elsewhere for a lot cheaper price. So we won't think of purchasing any items from there in the future.

So far , so good, staff are friendly and lots of variety, like the storage program, people are easy to talk to!

Still need a few things done on camper then will evaluate score

Your service center was knowledgeable through and repaired my slide issue in a timely fashion.

very good service so far. only had for 2 weeks. everything was done when we got there. Couldn't ask for more. Salesman and financial officer were excellent . Easy to deal with.

The trade in and products to choose from were great. New trailer was ready to go on time. Very good presentation and walk through when I picked it up.
The only downside to the whole experience was that for the cost of the new unit I was disappointed in the quality of workmanship that went in to the assembly of my new Jayco.
Re: linoleum was lifting in 3 spots, some of the exterior striping was peeling. Doors cupboards and trim mouldings required adjustment. Bases for landing jacks were rusted. 2 of the four tires needed replacement..... so far.......

Very friendly and accommodating

Although I didn't quit get the deal I wanted, it was something I could live with.

I'll have a better idea after I come to pick up the trailer on May 22, providing there isn't a lot of wind.

We were greeted with very friendly receptionist, friendly sales people and friendly fiancial person. Explained what was required to repair my old RV and made us an offer we couldn’t refuse.

Every staff member we encountered was very friendly. They truly appreciate their customers and make you feel like family.

From what I have heard 4 seasons has the best service around. My camper is new and hope I do not need service but if I do I hope it comes as advertised.

When a mistake was made, you corrected it. Friendly sales staff and excellent customer service.

It’s like an old saying “a good salesman sells the first one, a good service department sells the next one”. Darrell helped us find the perfect pre owned trailer with everything that we were looking for at a reasonable price. Service made a stop at my house in Ste. Rose and helped me with a couple minor things but then offered some insight on using the trailer which was very helpful. As far as I’m concerned, 4 Seasons gave us the best of both sales and service.
