Sales team and a great service department

The sales and service staff have been very helpful and professional.

We had Steven as our sales person. He was very knowledgeable about the trailers he showed us. He was patient and answered all of our questions. He represented us and got us the deal we wanted. He was no a pushy salesmen and listened to our needs and interests.

When we had the walk through of the trailer we purchased. They took their time ensuring we understood the mechanical aspects. They took their time to ensure our trailer hitch was working and adjusted properly. They were not pushy trying to sell us extra things we did not want.

All had our interests, wants and needs in mind not their own.

We had enquired at other dealerships. No body was around to serve us nor had our interest.

You make sure a customer gets what they want and look after them afterward

We are on our third camper from Four Seasons. The whole experience of buying the camper is easy and everything explained well. When you pick it up they make sure you know everything about your camper and are comfortable with it. We needed to have a service person come once when the winterizing pump didn't work and they were there exactly when they said and had it working in no time. All around a great experience and the staff at Four Seasons is awesome!!

We like the knowledge of the salesman. If he didn't know he immediately found the answer we were looking for. We also like the fact that they will come out to the camper for service call. In the past we have used this. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
