very professional company well organized and very methodical in what they do timely and un pressured service from sales to hookup great job and bill was easy to deal with.

No real sales pressure. The only thing I don't like is the price of the extended warranty if you decide to purchase it within the first year. I was told last fall it would cost $2999 and when I phoned this year looking to purchase it , the price was now $3995. Not happy. Needless to say we have decided to opt out of purchasing it.

We purchased a new Cougar 5th Wheel trailer without seeing it and having never dealt with Four Seasons , I was a little apprehensive.
Norm was great and answered all my questions both by phone and emails - and there were a lot! I was surprised that he responded so quickly - including evenings and weekends (which I never expected him to)
Everyone that we talked to - the receptionist, Danielle, the guys in the service, and Gerald who delivered it from Virden to Kipabiskau Lake , Saskatchewan and picked up our trade were very professional and helpful.
I'm also very impressed with the fact that they have service vans and will travel to you to fix any problems.

We drove up one day just to see what you might have to offer in the price range we had in mind for a trailer, and we where very impressed with the salesman. Brandon Lockerby was very professional, not at all pushy and answered all our questions. He also went out of his way to make the deal. We had hoped he had been there the day we picked our trailer up, but the other staff where very obliging. Thank you. We would recommend Four Seasons to other people.

Four Seasons Service is the Best! They will come right to your site if you have a problem with your unit! We have always been so happy with their friendly service.

There is a large selection of RV's to choose from and the staff is very friendly. The salesperson was very accommodating in meeting us outside of business hours. We also like that they have the 30 day warranty. One of the stabilizer jacks in the back of the RV we purchased was totally bent out of shape which we will replace. We also found mouse droppings in the trailer and a hole in the under carriage covering. I think that the $349.00 administration fee should be mentioned when a price is given on an RV as that does make a difference in the final price. Also when we talked with the salesperson over the phone and were given a price, he indicated that there was always room for negotiation, however, once we had seen the RV and were going to negotiate, we were told that no, that was actually the final price. Over all we have been very happy with the service and the trailer.
