We drove up one day just to see what you might have to offer in the price range we had in mind for a trailer, and we where very impressed with the salesman. Brandon Lockerby was very professional, not at all pushy and answered all our questions. He also went out of his way to make the deal. Four Seasons Service is the Best! They will come right to your site if you have a problem with your unit! We have always been so happy with their friendly service.

There is a large selection of RV's to choose from and the staff is very friendly. The salesperson was very accommodating in meeting us outside of business hours. We also like that they have the 30 day warranty. One of the stabilizer jacks in the back of the RV we purchased was totally bent out of shape which we will replace. We also found mouse droppings in the trailer and a hole in the under carriage covering. I think that the $349.00 administration fee should be mentioned when a price is given on an RV as that does make a difference in the final price. Also when we talked with the salesperson over the phone and were given a price, he indicated that there was always room for negotiation, however, once we had seen the RV and were going to negotiate, we were told that no, that was actually the final price. Over all we have been very happy with the service and the trailer.

You have provided excellent customer service for any of the problems we had with our fifth wheel. Would definitely make the trip from Thunder Bay, Ontario to purchase again from Four Seasons.

The service was great, all questions answered. The problem was fixed quickly. We were able to stay overnight in order to get an early appointment, and carry on our way.
