We really like the service we have been getting very fast and great work the technicians do but not very happy with the quality of the trailer for what you pay for it there needs to be better quality control from the factory.

Prompt, professional, always helpful and friendly. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. I convinced my dad to buy a camper there this year because of how I’ve been treated. Excellent!

The service is second to none. We had an issue with our fridge and it never seemed to happen when they came out to fix it. I was never told it was fine, I was never told it was fixed when it wasn't. They just kept coming back until it was fixed. I always feel like a valued customer.

We purchased an “Imagine” by Grand Design and just went for our first weekend camping trip. The unit performed well and we are very happy with our purchase. Kevin Borys our salesman, went out of his way to ensure we were happy with our purchase and treated us well throughout the entire process. He always made the time to show us each and every model for comparison with other units. Well done!

We have totally enjoyed dealing with you guys. From my initial phone conversation with Brandon Lockerby to driving home with our new RV everything has been just great. Your entire staff are wonderful Salesman , reception ,service, demo guy, finance lady,parts department ,and even got to experience your roadside service for a minor incident (thanks so much for that) everyone is just so helpful and courteous. Would highly recommend your establishment to anyone looking to buy an rv !
