Products are a little pricey but the service and staff are exceptional. If not for our very hard working salesman we would not have bought our 5th wheel. Our Jayco Eagle is a wonderful way for us to enjoy our retirement summers. We like how well we were treated when purchasing and looking forward to all the work being completed on it.

Service department always has time to listen to my concerns, they always get back to me in a timely fashion. The sales department listen to our needs before before they started showing us campers. This really helped us when it came to picking one out

Salesperson found the right trailer that suited our needs. The buying process was easy and service has been great.

We haven't camped out yet but we love that the trailer has double bunk beds, lots pf storage and a separate entrance for the washroom.
We will know more when we actually camp out.

We had an issue with our 5th wheel when it was brought out to our campsite. It was decided at the site that it would best be repaired back at the Four Seasons shop in Virden. The repair was done promptly and covered under warranty. It was brought back to site less than a week later and is now ready to open for the May long weekend. Thank you to our driver Lou and all of the Four Seasons personnel who made this happen. Cheers.

Was impressed when I called in about a water problem and a service technician was out the next morning and the problem was taken care of quickly.

So far it’s been excellent. Only had the new trailer 5 days and am very satisfied so far. Very friendly sales team and staff. I’d recommend them to anybody interested in a new trailer.
