We dealt with Kevin from the start. He was so helpful and listened to all the options and needs I had wanted in a trailer. He found the perfect one. I never thought of going to such a high end trailer but the Grand Design was second to none. Im so happy with my purchase and the subsequent service I have recieved from the whole company. Service and repairs are always done in a timely and efficient manner. I always get a good explanation of why and issue has occurred and what is the best course of actions to remedy it.
Great repeatable service from a customer perspective. A company’s core can never be theoretical. It has to show up every day in what frontline employees do to support the customer and this is clearly evident no matter which department you interact with. We had to haul our Fifth-Wheel in for service from Winnipeg - Graham Freeman - Service Manager was upfront that the repair might take longer than the day and made us aware but also said the maintenance crew would do their best effort to complete by end of the day. They updated us during the day on the status and work was completed to our satisfaction by end of the day. This is the norm when dealing with Four Seasons in Virden.
