Great repeatable service from a customer perspective. A company’s core can never be theoretical. It has to show up every day in what frontline employees do to support the customer and this is clearly evident no matter which department you interact with. We had to haul our Fifth-Wheel in for service from Winnipeg - Graham Freeman - Service Manager was upfront that the repair might take longer than the day and made us aware but also said the maintenance crew would do their best effort to complete by end of the day. They updated us during the day on the status and work was completed to our satisfaction by end of the day. This is the norm when dealing with Four Seasons in Virden.

Four Seasons treated us quickly and with honesty, we were glad to come so far (from Edmonton AB) to deal here. Our family members are also repeat customers and we see why.
Gary in Virden was very helpful in identifying a unit for us after the first one we asked about wasn’t quite what we wanted. He talked us through several models and directed us thru your website while we were on the phone. Taking delivery of our new camper in spring so I can’t say much about that yet.
