My family has dealt with Bruce’s for many many years. Our experience with Marlon was amazing. He listened to what we were looking for, and helped us find a trailer that we know we will live, despite there being almost no availability of units. We wanted something very specific.

This is our first trailer purchase. We are putting it on a seasonal lot. A big part of our decision is the on-site service that you provide. Having to haul a trailer somewhere to be repaired when it is set up on a seasonal lot is not in any way convenient.

Our interactions with all of your staff was very pleasant. We don’t plan on getting rid of the trailer any time soon, but would most definitely return in the event we want to upgrade or renew.

Excellent customer service and sales

We bought a beautiful well built Grand Design Imagine with a great layout.
As well as a wonderful product the staff were all very helpful through emails and phonecalls before we even arrived on site. On site it is obvious that staff are excited about their product and very outgoing, friendly, and caring for all of their customers. It was a busy afternoon with many trailers going out but it seemed to be well organized with friendly competent staff.
We will definitely recommend Four Seasons Virden to our friends here and others we meet while camping with our new unit.

The service was done on time, the only thing is that I could not get it done in Winnipeg. This meant 8 hours on the road plus 5 hours installation time. Hopefully I will be able to get the next service done closer to home.

I do have one question for you. If I buy a solar panel of 100 or 200 watt, do I just plug it in the port on the front of the trailer without having to throw any switch?

Anytime we have needed to get our 5th wheel serviced, Four Seasons has given fast exceptional service. The technicians that have come to our site are always professional and knowledgeable with the work they are doing.

It felt different right from the start. Felt like we were taken care of. Matt went out of his way to help us and help educate us. We told him we were new to RV's and it was a little daunting. He helped us figure out what would suit our family and lifestyle best. Kayla guided us through the paperwork process and really took her time with us as well. We would like to thank the rest of the team for being professional and helpful. We really appreciated it.

We’ve had excellent warranty service for the minor repairs required on our trailer.

Norm is very knowledgeable about the various models of RVs at Four Seasons. He very quickly got a feel for the features that we were looking for in a new RV and showed us various models that had the features we were wanting.

Big variety of campers, from small to big, with very competitive prices. Great service, probably the best I've recently experienced. Very nice people to work with - sales representatives, managers and finance.

Stephen in road service was very responsive to our needs. He efficiently resolved our warranty issues and other repairs we required.

Salesman (Steve) was friendly, knowledgeable and personal. A bit of confusion with the finance staff and took awhile to get that straight. Unit was completely ready to pick up and orientation was well done (Garth). Some minor issues to address but waiting til we use it the first time in May!

They have great people and great service.

More then willing to help you find something that will work for you. Had some new employees helping us that you could tell were not a knowledgeable to answer some of the questions, but they got the job done and I’m sure will get better with experience

We liked that you sell the Jayco brand RV so we didn’t have to buy from the Winnipeg dealer. We had interaction with the WPG dealer in the Summer of 2020 and they were rude with no customer service skills and the owner was very rude and greedy. The other WPG Jayco dealer has the take it or leave it mentality so I was so happy when I found out we could spend $70,000 at Four Seasons instead.
