We like that you have a service truck that will come to the park where we have a seasonal site. One suggestion that I have is that when you install a satellite dish on the camper, that you either tell customer to bring a receiver, so that you know that its connected properly. OR have a receiver there to test it

You were able to fit us in at short notice. Salesman showed us exactly what we wanted to see. Didn't try to sway us to something that we weren't interested in or not in our budget. Financing was explained clearly to us. It was a quick sale and within a week we had our new trailer. Thanks!

Service was prompt and both technicians were very competent and extremely knowledgeable

Actually we have made several referrals to Four Seasons. The complaint we have is that we referred friends from our seasonal campsite to Four Seasons but because they didn't actually purchase their new RV from the exact same sales person we used we did not receive the referral recognition. How does that make sense? How is that fair to us that made that referral?
