Great service

all departments are great in customer service, our sales rep was Monèle and she was great answering questions , super patient with us as we have never owned an RV before. We were just browsing online and sent an inquiry on the website and she replied the same day, was so helpful and always willing to show us every trailer we wanted to see (sometimes during cold weather), she is just great, kudos to her!.
The ladies at Finance are also great answering questions and explaining finance process, really good getting back to us via emails as we are not from Virden, and also Ben that was in charge of the demo on our pick up date, so helpful so much experience and he recommended some accessories, he even let us record his demo so we don’t forget any detail (again, first time owners). Great place and we even won some money as we bought the RV during their annual sale event.

Kyle in Winnipeg was excellent at keeping us informed. We had very specific wants and he was patient with us. He then made the connection to the team in Virden and everyone was helpful and pleasant to deal with. Took time to show us around answer our questions.
