I felt he was rushed trying to take care of all the deficiencies prior to the long weekend and delivery date that we didn’t get all the deficiencies corrected. It would have been nice to have had them all corrected before we took delivery.
Dave the driver that delivered the trailer was right on time and also professional and patient backing the trailer right into place beside our deck. He also took the time to make sure we were satisfied.
I have made Amber in service aware of some of the deficiencies that we noticed and are still having problems with the one theatre seat that was not working properly when we inspected the trailer in your shop and was completely mis aligned. I took a look at the mechanism underneath both seats to see if I could see something obvious but couldn’t tell. When I looked underneath I noticed the fabric underneath the seat that isn’t working properly is bunched up and multiple staples not very nice looking compared to the other seat so they must have had problems with it at the factory. I think we should replace the theatre seats.
Other than getting these deficiencies taken care we have been very happy with our experience at Four Seasons Virden.

Very helpful and good with communicating accommodating with all our needs and wants.

Easy purchasing process, and unit was ready for pickup when requested. Service wise, there were a couple issues right off the start we noticed when bringing the unit home, and a tech was out that week to fix the problems before going camping.

When our fridge quit in our trailer, we where very happy with the quick service and the service person was very friendly and professional and knew what to do.

Great community and friendly service

We recently picked up a new Jayco Travel Trailer from the Virden location. Everything they did was top notch from the time of order to the walk through with our new unit. All the staff were extremely through, attentive and willingly addressed any concerns or questions we had. Friends recommended them to us and they also had nothing but good things to say about Four Seasons. They also praised about their high level of service after the sale and coming out to service units on site wherever that was. We would highly recommend them for your next RV purchase.
