Actually we have made several referrals to Four Seasons. The complaint we have is that we referred friends from our seasonal campsite to Four Seasons but because they didn't actually purchase their new RV from the exact same sales person we used we did not receive the referral recognition. How does that make sense? How is that fair to us that made that referral?

From Jesse in the sales department, to Garth & Chris in pre delivery our first experience was excellent!! Our unit was a used one but that didn't seem to matter we received the same service that our friends did when they bought brand new.
We were told that being a used unit that we had 30 days to get anything that went wrong fixed under warranty. Well the first time we put water into the unit the water heater started leaking. I called the service department and unbelievably they had a guy out the very next day with a new tank and it was replaced. So for our second experience you guys hit it out of the park for us!! Great experiences from anyone that we have had contact with at Four Seasons we will and already have recommended you to friends and family.

We like that you have a service truck that will come to the park where we have a seasonal site. One suggestion that I have is that when you install a satellite dish on the camper, that you either tell customer to bring a receiver, so that you know that its connected properly. OR have a receiver there to test it
