The service was fast and friendly when I wanted to trade my one year old camper for a larger one and FS even delivered to my campsite and removed the old one! We had our first service call Spring of 2021 and service was fast and complete.
I only wish payments would be less due to financial difficulties related to Covid.

Extraordinary service! It may take a bit of time but technicians come to you and fix the problem so you may continue to enjoy your camping experience. Technicians are knowledgeable well tooled and quick and through. Been camping and have had campers for about 50 years. I have never received this type of BBC service before.

I like the Grand Design products due to the lite weight of the 295RL and high end quality. The sales and service are outstanding.

The response was very timely. I requested a quote on the website on a Saturday Am and I had a call back with in 20mins. Then realized I was looking at a camper from MH and I wanted something in Virden and someone from Virden called me with in 10 mins of hanging up with the MH Rep. I looked at a few trailers online with the Virden Rep and made an appt that afternoon to view and bought it.
A good experience so far.

Very happy with the service every problem we had with the camper was fixed we have had are camper for two years now enjoy it and the layout.

We had a very good experience dealing with Marlon our sales rep. He was very professional and patient and not overbearing.
Danielle was also good to deal with.
The technician Peter that was performing the pre delivery appeared knowledgeable and very conscientious.
I felt he was rushed trying to take care of all the deficiencies prior to the long weekend and delivery date that we didn’t get all the deficiencies corrected. It would have been nice to have had them all corrected before we took delivery.
Dave the driver that delivered the trailer was right on time and also professional and patient backing the trailer right into place beside our deck. He also took the time to make sure we were satisfied.
I have made Amber in service aware of some of the deficiencies that we noticed and are still having problems with the one theatre seat that was not working properly when we inspected the trailer in your shop and was completely mis aligned. I took a look at the mechanism underneath both seats to see if I could see something obvious but couldn’t tell. When I looked underneath I noticed the fabric underneath the seat that isn’t working properly is bunched up and multiple staples not very nice looking compared to the other seat so they must have had problems with it at the factory. I think we should replace the theatre seats.
Other than getting these deficiencies taken care we have been very happy with our experience at Four Seasons Virden.
