The sales, road service have been exceptional. The walk through was a disaster. This was not my first trailer, so I had a good idea on the workings. When I would ask what I thought were simple questions. Such as how to angle the awning it was suggested to check the internet. This answer seemed to be a go to. I realize you can not know every trailer inside out but, if you only sell a few lines the hardware is generally the same. The only saving grace if you could call it that was that I made a deal at half the cost for walk through. Still expensive since the sales person seemed to know more

Our sales experience was very good, the first camper we purchased, the Imagine, gave us a lot of water leaking issues, ruined every outting we went on in 2020. In the fall we traded it in for a Transend, this cost us a fair amount of extra money. We have had the Transend for the summer of 2021 and have had some minor stereo issues that have been promptly repaired by the mobile repair people, so all good now, will keep you posted!!! Happy Camping!!!
Can’t say enough good things about the service department! Knowledgeable, friendly. Go over and beyond to get customers back on the road with their RV. All departments give their 100% to make sure you are satisfied with your purchases and service.
Service is great. Had a few minor problems with our new trail. A couple were fixed before we got to use it. Water in the underbelly on our first road trip and Brad had it fixed within hours after we called the emergenct number at the site where we were parked for two nights.

Warranty service on my 2019 Jayco Jayflight was very good.I was out camping and my water pump was making noises. I was out of the service area being at Bakers narrows in Flin Flon.The service rep was in The Pas,one hour and 20 minutes away. He came to Bakers and serviced my camper. It was very well appreciated and the rep was very good as there was a couple other things he fixed for me.I would recommend anyone that's looking for an RV to consider four seasons in Virden.
Service is great have had to use roadside service on 4 occasions and each was excellent. Unfortunately Jayco seems to have quality control issues on several levels requiring servicing of issues that could be preventable
