Now that’s customer service! Friendly staff and quick service

Good variety of trailers and helpful staff!!. Not pushy!!

Warranty service was great last year. Parts personal are friendly and knowledgeable. They even remember me when I visit the store.

They made us feel like we were valued customers.

Had a good salesman, viewed products online, guided us through inventory and then we came in person to see the camper. Gary had good knowledge, listened well and walked us through the unit. Good buying experience overall.

Mobile tech service is the best . I’ve read online forums where people we waiting months to get in for service . The only downside so far was the PDI where it was more of a Sales trip rather than actually learning about the camper , as well as a lot
Of the interior items were not addressed , like missing caulking , sawdust and staples all over , door finish peeling .
Overall happy with our purchase . Grand design and prep people should pay more attention to detail. We also paid for the exterior coating which I don’t think was applied .
