We’ve had a great experience with Mathnasium! The team checks in with my son every day, helps him with his homework, and makes sure he truly understands the concepts instead of just memorizing the answers. They reinforce what he’s learning in school and make sure he feels confident and prepared for his math tests.
Kristen has been especially wonderful and is such a great support and help to my son. I really appreciate how involved, encouraging, and supportive she is throughout his learning journey. Mathnasium has been an amazing experience for my son. He continues to advance his math skills at a curriculum and pace that’s tailored to his individual learning. Our daughter has been attending Mathnasium for a couple of months now. We are so impressed with the progress she is making with her Math. Her entire attitude towards Math has become more positive alongside her classroom grades which are continually improving. We are so glad we found Mathnasium as our daughter now doesn’t see Math has a chore and is starting to enjoy it. She also loves the environment and really like the variety of tutors. Mathnasium has been great for helping my child build skills she was missing as well as helping with new skills she might struggle with at school concurrently. It’s been so helpful with homework and confidence and helping her feel prepped for tests as well as communicating with her current teachers to learn and understand her current needs. This is such a great resource.

Consider că metoda Mathnasium este foarte bună pentru dezvoltarea gândirii logice și pentru înțelegerea conceptelor în profunzime, nu doar prin memorare. Copilul lucrează cu plăcere și materialele sunt bine structurate.Am observat ca face calculele matematice cu mai multa rapiditate decat o făcea înainte de a merge la Mathnasium.
Totuși, marea noastră problemă este că nu vedem un progres real în notele sau în rezolvarea problemelor de la școală. Deși la centru înțelege conceptele, atunci când ajunge în fața testelor de la clasă, unde se cer anumite șabloane de rezolvare și scheme specifice programei românești, copilul se blochează. Mi-aș dori ca instructorii să facă o legătură mai strânsă între matematica intuitivă de la centru și cerințele concrete de la școală (ajutor la teme sau pregătire directă pentru tipicul problemelor din manuale).
Este un sistem bun pentru a scăpa de frica de matematică, dar momentan eficiența lui nu se traduce și în rezultatele școlare de zi cu zi.
I have seen improvement in my daughter's confidence with math along with her getting better at it. The reward system makes it fun for her too! The people there are wonderful and very patient with the kids. I can't believe I didn't start my daughter there sooner!!!
My daughter is learning in a stress free environment where she is actually improving significantly in math. Every staff member has been patient and understanding with her and finds a way to lead her in the right direction. Her confidence has really improved since she’s started here.

Before my daughter started tutoring she hated math, after a couple of months she said that she started to like math. I see her more confident with it now. She still struggles with it, but she is doing way better. Grades went up.
Our goal is to build our daughter's confidence, and help her find joy in math. She on an off enjoys math - loves it when she 'gets' it, and feels so frustrated and lost when she doesn't. The extra practice she gets at mathnasium seems to be bringing back her confidence and sense of joy around math. She never complains about having to go to mathnasium and often comes home sharing with us a new tip/trick, or proud of having successfully completed another section of learning. The repetition helps, and the available instructors to teach/talk through the work also seems to work well. This is a great balance for our child who in general enjoys to work independently. The 'no homework' idea works well for what we are wanting, warding off the dread factor. We're happy with the program.

My children went to Russian Math for many years. The math was rigorous but there was no individual instruction or tailoring to meet my children's needs. Mathnasium is totally different. We met before they started to discuss my children's learning profiles and what motivates them. They're genuinely excited to go to class and do the (optional) homework. After each session I get an individual email on their successes and struggles. Their love of math has been rekindled which is what I am most grateful for.
My daughter really enjoys going to Mathnasium. She has enjoyed working with the tutors and feels a sense of accomplishment after every session. I like the positive feedback I receive after each session. We are thankful for everyone at Mathnasium for helping to strengthen her math skills!

We have had a wonderful experience at Mathnasium PQ! My daughter has shown significant improvement in her test scores, gained confidence in her abilities, and become a stronger, more confident student overall. It has been amazing to see her growth, both academically and personally. We are so grateful for the support, encouragement, and positive impact this has had on her learning. I would highly recommend this program to any family looking to help their child succeed!
Great educational program and staff. I initially signed up because my child was behind at school and was uncomfortable learning from us (parents). So, I had to find a solution which was Mathnasium. At first, my child was discouraged considering she was behind and felt like she was falling even farther back. But, eventually with Mathnasium's guidance and friendly tutors, she built confidence and math comprehension which made a difference in how she views her current school work. After three months, my child approached Mathnasium visits, school, and homework in a positive attitude. Now, my child chooses when to go to Mathnasium which has been consistent to 2-3 times a week and confident to start her homework on her own. She has even been asking for Mathnasium on weekends but currently isn't open at those times. It is a testament to the effectiveness and positivity that comes with Mathnasium. Thank you and keep up the great service.

Michelle and her team were able to help my son with his challenges. He is performing so much better now and looks to further improve. They are structured, systematic, and have strong follow through. We were updated with regular progress reports and the line of communication was always made open. Know what they’re and great at it. Recommend highly.

Thanks to Mathnasium, my daughter now looks forwarding to tackling math problems instead of getting frustrated like she used to. They also do a great job of preparing for admissions exams. I highly recommend Mathnasium to anyone who wants to improve their math game.
