My 10-year-old daughter has been attending Mathnasium for nearly a year now, three times a week, and she absolutely loves it. She genuinely looks forward to every session, which says a lot because getting a 10-year-old excited about maths isn’t always easy!

The rewards system is brilliant and really helps keep the children motivated. She loves collecting points and working towards the different prizes.

What we’ve found most valuable is that Mathnasium doesn’t just focus on moving children ahead. Following her initial assessment, they identified areas where she needed additional support and have worked on these alongside introducing new concepts. As she’s now in Year 6 with SATs coming up, it’s been incredibly reassuring to see her confidence grow and, in some areas, see her working slightly ahead of what is currently being taught at school.

The team are friendly, encouraging and genuinely care about each child’s progress. We’ve seen a real improvement not only in her maths ability but also in her confidence.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience and would highly recommend Mathnasium to other parents.

Mattie has been going here since May of 2024. Your program has been an incredible force in our lives. She was terribly behind in math and she had made so much progress. Hector was very helpful and truly listened to our special needs. Stephen actually was our first contact. They were both great. However, Taylor has jumped right in and done a terrific job of helping us and keeping the ball rolling. All of your instructors like Sarah and Ziyah (sp?) have been terrific. It is very expensive, but darned well worth it. We sacrifice other things to keep Mattie in Mathnasium. We appreciate all the staff there. I will tell you one not so great thing. I can login to you new system. And I could not participate in nominating a teacher - which would be Taylor as she has jumped in to help out when Mattie has one of her challenging days. I think the reason is that I use a VPN. Use of VPN's is very common and necessary these days. I would have your tech team look into that. I gave you a 5 star rating on Google a long time ago.

Thank you for creating a safe and fun space for my son to learn math at pace tailored to him, which is what I appreciate the most. I also like the status updates that following every session to see how he is progressing. Most important of all, he's always happy to run to class!

Mathnasium has been fantastic for accelerating math learning and building our kids' confidence. We highly recommend them! Though we need to take a break right now, we appreciate all the team has done for our 4th and 8th graders and look forward to continuing in the future.

My son has been going to Mathnasium for a year and his confidence has boosted greatly. He is able to work through his math and is to a point where he feels confident in doing some problems himself and not needing as much help. We are in a new grade this year, so we are still feeling everything out, but I would highly recommend any family who feels like their child is struggling in math to come and try out their sessions. In fourth grade, we were at a second grade math level. Within 6 1/2 months Mathnasium helped bring my son to his grade level and re-taught him how to work through the problems correctly. All of the tutors are ready and willing to help the children and I love how they try to break everything down and work around the problem if the children don’t understand it a certain way. This program is worth every penny, anything to help them succeed for the future.

Denise, Sapir, Oliver and the team at Islington Village Mathnasium are wonderful. The program is taught in a way that kids thoroughly enjoy the math sessions, and come out of class energized. Definitely recommend this centre for their wonderful team of friendly and caring tutors. They know what is needed and lacking from the school curriculum.

My daughter started coming here in second grade and is now in 6th grade. Over the years, Rachel and her team have been instrumental in helping her not only catch up but stay ahead. My daughter loves coming to the center because the tutors are so helpful and encouraging — she always leaves with a smile on her face. This is especially remarkable because she used to really dislike math when she was younger, and now she loves it! She even says she wants to become a Mathnasium tutor or perhaps own a Mathnasium center someday. Thank you for everything you have done. We're sad to take a break during the school year, but we'll definitely be back in the summer!

Highly recommend Matnasium, Kanata North location. Gunjan and his team are amazing. My daughter's math skills improved a lot. In addition, if she can't join for other commitment, Gunjan reach out directly to me to accommodate. I really appreciate their concerns and caring.

So far, we are happy with the tutors and program as they help with homework as well as a good base program /binder to help the student become better on upcoming units in school. This ensures they are not any gaps in their knowledge and mastery of concepts. The director or her assistant is there at the center most of the time to talk about any concerns which is assuring for parents. Thank you, JP.

My daughter’s math level has changed a whole lot. The maths exercise she had difficulty doing adding 2 numbers is a whole lot easier for her now.

Very friendly and professional teachers, my daughter moved up many levels in her maths over the year since she started taking her lessons here. The teachers and the owner Peter is very supportive and helpful always, any time we had a questions they are always very supportive. My daughter is having her tutoring lesson here for the last 3 years and we are all very happy with her development.

I love the consistency, communication, and general atmosphere for kids at Mathnasium. I have one child that goes but all my kids want to attend - it’s a fun place for them to spend time during the week.

My daughter doesn't love math class, but she is always willing to come and work on her skills at Mathnasium, so I call that a win!

My son has really been finding his lessons helpful. 2 weeks back to class and I already see improvements.

We have been with Mathnasium at Reston for over a year. We work a lot with Billy and Chris who have been wonderful with accommodating our kids need and passion for Math.

Sheetal is great, responsive and so caring about the students, going above and beyond to help. I appreciate her efforts so much. I have recommended many families attend and I can also see the improvement of consistency in my daughters as they progress.
