Colton RV of Orchard Park has a very warm and friendly atmosphere. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and were welcomed like old friends making sure we were comfortable with refreshments and seating. Everyone there had all the paperwork in order and made finalizing or purchase quick and easy. We were impressed how efficiently the team worked to get us hooked up and on our way. My wife and I were looking for an RV that would make our camping experience enjoyable without breaking the bank. The Keystone Springdale mini we purchased is perfect! We are impressed with the quality and features. Mike, our camping advisor, answered all our questions with knowledge and expertise. He was patient and thorough during the walk around of our new unit. The technician who set up our hitch and break controller made sure everything was safe for us to hit the road. While looking around the lot at the inventory, it was obvious they had something for everybody. Mike made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy a great camping adventure. Mike assured us that he and the staff are there to answer any questions. I would recommend anyone thinking about getting an RV go to Colton RV of Orchard Park.

I've done two purchases through the sales team at the North Tonawanda location. In both cases, the sales process was smooth, and that staff was incredibly helpful. Additionally, I've had quite a few very negative issues on the service side. Throughout the process of dealing with that, Brynna Malen, Sales, stuck with me and helped get my problems solved, even though they weren't her responsibility. She went very much above and beyond, and is the reason that, when I upgraded, I went right back to Colton.
Everyone at Colton RV was very helpful and honest. They took the time to answer all our questions when looking to purchase, during the purchase process and during the pick up process. Super service!

I have recently bought a class c motorhome used from the wind gap location. Due to internal company miscommunication upon arriving to pick up my vehicle after having paid for it It was not ready. The company made a mistake by not having it ready. But the difference here is the company and its store manager and entire staff picked themselves up from their mistake an overwhelmingly tried and did fix their shortcoming. It took a little while, but it got done and every issue was resolved with Every T crossed and I dotted .

Love the product AirStream. The people were more than exceptional. From start to delivery , everything was very friendly and professional. The " family" of Colton RV was truly helpful in every aspect of my purchase.
My sales person Eddie was amazing. We listed my Wants and my Needs in a camper. He found one that filled both of those area. I walked in and fell immediately in love with it. We were able to make an wonder deal. He was very courteous and helped me understand all the important facts in purchasing a camper. Then, my technician Mike took me through a thorough examination of the camper inside and out. He explained all the technologies i was not aware of in a new camper. I had many many questions, he was so patient and very informative. Spending an overnight in the camper this weekend will be very helpful to know if everything works, fixing anything that doesn't and answering questions before it is placed on my camp site.
The people at Colton RV are exceptional. From our Salesman Anthony, to Rob in Finance and Ethan and Rob in Parts. They took very good care of us and we would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Great customer service from all the staff not just the sale man who walked us through the many different RV options. The receptionist offer us drinks. To the tech guy walking us through the RV and showing us how it works and functions.. Thank you everyone there.
