This is the second time we have dealt with Colton we are comfortable with them I don't think we get the pressure like you do from other dealers they also have a large inventory to see what you have and what they have that you may like also they work hard to see if they can locate something that is interested to you again I want you to know that this was a second time we went back we had a good report on the very first visit when we bought our first motorhome with them they did the same exceptional job the second time

Communications with the Service Advisor were excellent prior to our service appointment, as well as during our service appointment. Cost estimates were very accurate. She was always responsive and kept us well informed. The Technician servicing our Airstream explained all that he did and why. He also willingly did some additional troubleshooting of an issue we had been having prior to this service appointment.
When we identified one problem at pick-up, several Technicians and the lead Technician stayed several hours late to troubleshoot. This was an impressive level of commitment. The problem was remedied by the next day. Again, communications were excellent with the Service Advisor, Technician, and the Lead Technician.

Convenient dump station and in my area
The Sales team was very responsive to questions. The Service team did a great job showing me the unit and going over the details.
The only improvement is that I was surprised about the warranty offering at time of signing and the cost. The options and costs should have been made earlier so the customer can decide prior to the signing versus under pressure during the signing.

Harvey and the rest of the service team were easy to work with when we had a warranty issue with our Entegra Qwest. They repaired the problem and also took care of seasonal maintenance. They went above and beyond. Thank you Harvey and Colton RV.

The Motorhome and Chuck Hossfeld's help and great enthusiasm. We looked for a long time and finally located great people and a great motorhome.
Products are fine, just a little confusion setting up the delivery process.. also, some of the minor items that needed to be taken care of were missed. Curtain around the bed and velcro on the dinning table cushions were not addressed requiring a return visit (at some point). The scratched table and ding to the wall were caught and addressed appropriately.
Great service department. Reviewed and completed warranty service and went the extra mile to make sure everything was good prior to us picking up our Airstream Basecamp 16X from service.
Our salesperson Brynna was great. She made the entire buying process as easy as could be. And she continues to be helpful long after the sale. Shoutout to Zach for making it a priority that we become a part of the Colton family.
