The technician was very professional. Our carpet looks great & smells fresh The only bad thing was he broke a Jack Daniel's mirror on our wall. My husband is any avid Jack Daniel's fan & collector of Jack Daniel items. However, they are going to send us a gift certificate for a free 3 room special. I would have preferred to have our upholstery on our couch & love seat cleaned but at least they compensated us something.

First, the technicians have been professional, engaged and genuinely interested in providing a proper service. Ryan Theerman deserves recognition as such. Secondly, have found the service results in clean, fresh, less dampness and dry soft to the touch. Ala carte pricing provides expense control however area rugs can be more costly then an actual room.

Your workers worked extremely hard and had the best attitudes. Getting my house ready for my daughter recovering from a stem transplant was made easier with your service and top notch employees. They went above and beyond. Your pricing was fabulous. Thank you so much!
