Had carpets cleaned the day before Thanksgiving. Carpets fresh, dry and beautiful Thanksgiving day. No odd smelly carpets telling everyone you had the carpets cleaned.

Everyone I spoke with at Zerorez was very nice & helpful. The service tech who performed the cleaning services was very friendly & helpful. He provided good information/explanation of their services. The carpets look good with just a few spots noticed that didn't come completely out in the carpet in my daughter's bedroom. I would use Zerorez again for cleaning my carpets and would recommend them to my friends & family.

They made my carpets look like new again. The carpets smelled fresh and clean. There products to help with pet stains worked great also, completely removed a pet stain we had. The carpets were dry that same evening. I would highly recommend Zerorez if you need your carpets cleaned. Very professional.

The over all cleaning duration was far less than I had expected compared to previous service companies.
The major areas that concerned us, now looks as if the carpet is brand new. The cleaning products that was used is not overwhelming as some can be with a strong chemical odor. We added the scotch guard protection for ease of removing spots.
The next time our carpets need a cleaning we will use Zerorez

The service was incredible from start to finish. From the first phone call to receive information, to booking an appointment, to the communication regarding appointment time and the process once the tech was in my home through the completion of the service. Zerorez is a respectable company that delivers exactly what they advertise.
