This is the second time that I have used Zerorez. The technician, David, had a very positive attitude, very friendly and knowledgeable. He reviewed what service he would provide, and explained my cost before starting the cleaning. He was very thorough, and treated my house it was his own. I was very impressed that he put mats on our tile hallway, and cones to protect the corners in the various doorways and hallways. Our carpets look great and I hope I have David again when I have more of our carpets cleaned by Zerorez.
The carpet looks good, however, from watching the video we didn't get the big square box with the brush underneath.
All I can say is next time I need carpets cleaned I am calling Zerorez and asking for Lance. He was great and did an awesome job! I have told my friends, coworkers and family all about the great job he did and told them they would be foolish to go anywhere else!!!

My carpet is only a year old and wasn't overly dirty, but I was impressed by how soft my carpet is now after being Zerorezed. Great results!
The young man was on time, very polite and he explained how he would clean our carpet especially the urine stain we had from one of our dogs. The stain came out really good, can't even tell it was there. It cost me a little more but it was well worth it.

I had my ducts work clean by Zerorez . David was very professional and he knew what the done to clean the ducts work. Also recommended that I should invest in Total Home Air Purification System. Also had my two bedrooms wall to wall carpets cleaned by Nat. He was also very professional and told me also some things about the rugs-how hours it would take dry. Could not clean my area rug because it would damaged the hardwood floor underneath.
