Service was very professional and my carpets look great

Donna was friendly, she listened to everything I had to say and then I showed her where the really bad spot was. She educated me and then we talked and I told her what I didn't want. She did sell me about the bacteria spray and then the final spray to help remove spots. And wouldn't you know it, the next morning when I got up, Gus, our cat, threw up on the carpet! NOT even 12 hrs. had passed. I did what Donna told me and it came right up.
I enjoyed having Donna in my home.

Our tech Kevin Jackson was fantastic!! He gave a courtesy call prior to arriving. When he got here , he went through the process step by step . He made sure I understood everything prior to moving on!! He took the time to go over additional services if I was interested, and he did it in a manor that I didn’t feel pressured to buy. I’m very thankful for that!! The cleaning was started , he laid out all of the appropriate protectants and cleaned the carpets to perfection!! They look beautiful and smell great!! Thank you !!

The service is exceptional. We have had several other cleaners for our carpets and did not appreciate the clean smell , soft touch or value as much as we do with zerorez. The fact that it is safe and environmentally friendly is awesome especially since we have pets. Great value and predictably on time , efficient and makes our carpets look like new.
