Tyler, the technician who came to my home, was prompt and very friendly. I was amazed at how clean the carpets became when he was finished. I wasn't expecting them to look as great as they did. Tyler did the whole house in about an hour. The price was much less than I expected. Highly recommended!

Zerorez did a great job cleaning our ducts. They came early and were quick and efficient. Our only complaint was that my fiancé found an area of the furnace that was not cleaned out. I emailed the employee that sent us the before and after photos and we are awaiting a response.

Zerorez of Pittsburgh is a very professional business, they answered all our questions, came to the business to give us an estimate in a very timely manner and then were able to schedule our carpet cleaning within record time! The day of our cleaning, the technician called within 15-20 minutes of arrival was very professional and walked through our building to make sure he knew what needed done. The carpets look amazing and smelled wonderful!! They were even able to get a couple of really old stains out of one section of our commercial grade carpet. I would highly recommend them.

I was sick with cancer so couldn't show him the spots we wanted cleaned but they are coming back on Tues. .Also we couldn't seem any smell the odor remover.

When I called back the girl was very pleasant and accommodating.
There were spots which I could point out as I was sick in bed.
