I liked how my house smelled clean, not full of chemicals. The carpet is old and white-so definitely a challenge for a carpet cleaner and Zerorez did not disappoint! They were able to get out some pretty tough stains. Would definitely recommend!

The service was excellent. I asked Donna to clean my microfiber sofa in addition to my on-line order. She was so nice about accepting it and did her job very well. She explained the spots on the couch and carpets and was able to remove most of them and made efforts to get rid of some of them which were hard to remove. She was also very friendly to my daughter, who is usually very shy to first-time people. So she enjoyed watching Donna cleaning and asked a lot of questions. Donna treated her very nicely and never looked unpleasant although it might have been disturbing her job. So, overall, I am very satisfied.
