Excellent job

The carpets look great except an area where a walker was used a lot. They sent another technician out to go over the spots that needed treated again. They were difficult to get out but I know they did the best they could.

I made an error when scheduling on line and picked the 15th instead of the 8th, which was the day I was not working. I realized my error that morning and called and asked if they would still come as I would not be available on the 15th. They sent 2 very friendly gentlemen out that afternoon. They were efficient and did a great job. I will definitely use your services again and would recommend Zerorez to others.

I have used your carpet cleaning service twice now. Your employees are prompt, courteous and mindful of the environment they are working in. Chuck was the individual that cleaned my carpets this time. He came in on time, conducted his business and finished the three rooms I contracted for with no delay.
