Zerorez did all they promised. My carpet looks terrific, the tech came in booties and a mask. I paid by cc from an email link. Very sanitary proceedures. Company sent a reminder text and email the day before the scheduled treatment. The tech arrived on time and called before he came. He was very professional and personable. Our only regret was waiting too long before we scheduled an appointment!
Those who had serviced my home Air Ducts and Carpet Cleaning were exceptionally professional in Appearance and they way they spoke. During the Visit they implemented up to date safety practices while inside the home.
