Process was fast. Anthony did a great job and paid attention to the visible spots on the carpet. I liked that it was high pressure hot water without chemicals. Carpet looks and smells great now that it is dry.

Overall, the service from Zerorez was wonderful. Kevin was very knowledgeable about the products and service. He explained everything to me before he started. Once he started with cleaning our couch and chair he was quick and thorough. He also was very polite and courteous. Everyone I spoke with and the workers on site were very friendly and courteous, and very well informed on their services. Cody and Josh worked on our house and gladly answered lots of questions I had. The house smells and feels much better after the duct cleaning.
