When I called to make an appt for air duct cleaning and carpet cleaning, the customer service representative was very friendly and was able to answer my questions. I immediately received an email confirmation for my two appts. The day before the appts I received a text message with an estimated time for each appt and a link to confirm the appts. The day of the appts, I received a phone call from each technician about 30 minutes away confirming their arrival. The technicians were very respectful, friendly and reviewed everything before starting the cleaning services. We are very happy with the services we received from Zerorez.
