The gentleman that cleaned our carpets was very friendly and professional. He had knowledge on the services and suggested a bacteria kill. I really appreciated his suggestions because my son in law has allergies, and the bacteria kill will be beneficial to him. I also like the clean smell of the product used. The carpet looks fantastic, and the service provided was exceptional.

This is our 2nd. experience using Zerorez. Mondale was polite respectful of our home wearing shoe covers and offered to wear a mask. He fully explained cleaning procedure, costs upfront and what to expect as far as results. We had a couch & 3 room carpet special done and again are very satisfied with the results. No harsh chemicals with great results carpets looks and smell clean.

My service was Saturday, June 11th in Jefferson Hills. Luke was really wonderful! He was polite, friendly, and professional. He helped me figure out what was best to treat the pet odor/stains but also helped me stay within budget. 10/10 service with Luke!
