John was great, he explained everything that he was going to do and was honest about being able to get some of the spots or stains out of carpet. They came mostly out, but as he said oily spots are very difficult to get all of the way out. I appreciated that he didn’t over sell also, he offered other service, but didn’t push.
Anthony is a 10 plus, called he was on his way, worked on my carpets and performed miracles. Highly recommended

I thought that Dan was incredible! I will definitely ask for him again the next time we seek services. He was so friendly, kind, and hard working. He was super nice to my dog even when my dog was getting in his way. He also never made me feel uncomfortable because he was so nice and so genuine. He talked to me like we have been friends for a long time. It was never awkward. After he was done, he called me out to review his work. Anything I asked him to go over again, he did. Since I felt so comfortable with him, I wasn’t afraid to ask him to go over something again. Every spot I asked him to go over twice, he did so with a smile on his face. He was glad to do whatever I wanted twice to make me feel more comfortable with the service and results.

The service rep, Kevin, was professional and courteous. He explained the process in detail before starting the work. In an hour and a half, every carpeted area in my 1,100 square foot townhouse was clean and refreshed. The carpets look fantastic.
