Very good job on cleaning my carpet.

The cleaning was done quickly, but some of the heavy dirty spots still remain. Mabe a second cleaning would bring the spots down to the same as other dirty areas that also remained. But the remaining dirty areas came out almost as clean as the original carpet and is acceptable and is I guess the best that can be done.

Efficiency, good work ethic and determination to satisfy the customer...that’s the impression I received from Dan. He called ahead, was here on time and asked time and again if I was completely satisfied with the cleaning. He gave an honest opinion when asked and never “strongly recommended” that an item appeared to need cleaning (as experienced with past cleaners). He explained everything that he was about to do and took every precaution to keep me safe. When he left, the carpet, chair and sofa looked and smelled fresh and clean.
