I was so impressed with the service that I received. I was referred by a previous client who was also impressed with her service. My husband was skeptical (I think mostly just cheap) and he did not think it was going to be worth it. I am astonished at how well the spots came out of the couch! I have tried myself to use my at home scrubber and was unable to get results at all. I have three dogs, and the technician made sure to ask questions about where they sit, and offered more services to help protect the fabric from my dogs. It was also a quick service! It did not take all day like I expected haha. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs a refresh with their couches!

Keven, the technician was courteous, knowledgeable, prompt and efficient. Managed to remove some pretty tough stains from my carpet. He deserves a raise!

This was the second time I used Zerorez.
I trusted them enough after the first time to have them clean my mom's carpets. The technician, Luke, that came this time was very kind. He took his time and made sure my mom's carpets were cleaned and smelling fresh. Being a pet owner, we appreciate the fact that our pet(s) can walk across the carpet right after they have been cleaned.

Great cleaning on even old stained carpets

Our carpets and couch turned out great. Our technician, Luke, was prompt, professional, super nice and did a great job.

On April 20, 2023 Paris came to our home to clean white carpeting in 3 bedrooms and stairs. He was very polite and worked hard, but the carpet had a darker look than white (dingy yellow) stripes,
along with blotches in it, and got worse as it dried. I waited 2 days later, hoping drying would change it, but it didn't. Paris was sent here the day that I called, and agreed it was a mess. He got to work again, redoing the master bedroom and landing and 6 steps. Again he was very polite and worked hard. The carpet looked much better when he finished, and still does. But, I do believe that all and all the carpet has turned slightly to a dingy yellow tinge. This carpet was cleaned by you one year ago and that did not happen. I wonder if possibly what you use could react like that, or if possibly be the carpet doesn't like a bath. I have used Zerorez of Pittsburgh
for many years and always had very light shades of carpeting and never had this happen before. I appreciate you acknowledging the problem and sending someone in very good time to remedy it. If you have any any theories of how this happened, I would like to know, so I will know what to do next year

Zerorez did an amazing job cleaning our carpets and stairs prior to us moving into our new home. One of the rooms had a few tough stains that I knew we wouldn't be able to remove, but they were able to with ease. They were polite, courteous, and sent my boyfriend and I before and after photos as soon as they were finished. I was so impressed with their timeliness and professionalism, as well as their ability to get us in so quickly. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
