My carpet cleaning was done professionally and turned out great! My carpet was installed in 1981 and is still in really great shape, so this cleaning refreshed the nap, brightened the entire carpet, and sufficiently removed all spots. The carpet dried quickly and feels and smells great. This carpet was previously cleaned since I moved here in 2019 at least 3 separate times (2x by professional cleaning companies and once by individual cleaning using purchased carpet cleaner machine), but this cleaning by Zerorez was the best. I would definitely use their carpet cleaning service in the future.

Paul and his partner wase very professional in explaining all the desired applications that were available and went through each room afterwards to question my satisfaction. They were in and out within with the service. Very little water was left, which made the carpets dry fast. They look amazing when they were completely dried. I prefer Paul to always be the service tech who clean my carpets.
