Great customer customer service from the moment I contacted them until the employee left our home. Employee called within 20 minutes of arrival and came within the window of the scheduled time. Employee assessed and explained services. Our basement carpet had cat urine in every corner from previous home owners. The odor was gone after Zerorez completed their cleaning. Highly recommended!

Matt took the time to explain to me the products and service that would be most beneficial to get rid of cat urine odor. He was very professional and thorough in cleaning the carpet and even provided me with a military discount which was very much appreciated. The carpet dried quickly and that awful smell is gone from the apartment. I will definitely be calling for future services as this experience was far and above the quick in and out and upselling that I have been experiencing with Stanley Steemer most recently. I have called Stanley Steemer almost exclusively for the last 15 years, Zerorez will be my new go-to. Thanks, Matt!
