The technician was extremely courteous and conscientious. But best if all my carpets were clean. For about the last 40 years I swore by Stanley Steamer but they did a very poor job last time like they'd not been cleaned at all. Zerorez cleaned up after them. Thank you for a job well done.

We have an Australian Shepard (still under a year old) who makes it a habit to eat toys, eat rugs, and pee in my hallway when left alone for more than 2 hours. Communication prior to the visit started off shaky but did improve. The technician was excellent. He thoroughly explained the process prior to commencing the work, and then afterwards went through everything he did step by step. The photos he shared with us proved what a vast improvement had occurred. Excellent!
