The agent was prompt, pleasant and did an amazing job with my vehicle upholstery. It was soiled due to pets, vacations and daily wear and tear. The upholstery now looks as clean as the day we purchased the Subaru. The pricing was very reasonable especially compared to dealership packages. Prompt service. Had a problem with serviceman not showing and a new tech was sent within hours. Did a great job.

I had a rug that contained urine. It had also been outside for a long time. They cleaned the rug and the urine was gone and the colors were as bright as the day I bought it. If you have a rug you don't think can be saved call Zerorez first. You will get an honest assesment wheether to clean or throw away.
