The service technician Jeff was very knowledgeable and explained the process by which the air ducts would be cleaned, walking through what to expect and answering questions along the way. When the house still had some residual cat smell lingering in the air whenever the A/C was running (it was definitely better than before the cleaning, but still problematic for someone allergic to cats), Zerorez came back out to repeat the fogging process free of charge.

This is the 2nd time we had Zerorez of Pittsburgh to clean our bedroom carpets. We have had 3 dogs living with us and they used a special treatment to rid our carpet of any possible smells. I will continue to use them and highly recommend them. Check them out as the carpet isn’t doused in water like other companies.

They don’t use harsh chemicals that doesn’t have an after smell and that would stay in carpet. Safe to use with kids and animals.

On time, very efficient and carpets looked great

Scheduling was quick and easy. I called and had an appointment scheduled for later the same week. The service team was very professional and respectful of our home and our pets. I appreciated them taking time to do an upfront walk through of the house and discuss everything after the cleaning was completed. Little things like putting bumpers on the corners of our walls so that hoses weren't scraping our walls were also greatly appreciated. I will definitely use Zerorez again in the future.

The Zerorez crews arrived ahead of schedule, did what they said they would do (duct cleaning), in the manner I expected it to be done.
They were very professional and left my house neat and clean.
Overall, they did a great job.

Anthony was amazing. He communicated with me well and clearly, and when my roommate wasn't at the house to let him in on time he was incredibly understanding and helped me work through it on the phone to find a solution. He was compassionate and friendly, I could not have asked for someone better.

Came on time. Carpet is brighter. The cleaner was pleasant and easy to work with. I wish there had been two people--it might not have taken quite as long to do the job. He was neat, organized and cleaned up well afterwards.
