The class was very enlightening. It wasn’t too hot that I was able to do the workout more than I thought I could, given that I have not worked out in years. I was so happy how staff were very welcoming and excited for me to join. The teacher was so mellow and calm. No judgement at all from everyone. I felt so good leaving the class and looking forward to my next class.

The yoga experience with Corepower yoga is one that you never forget. The teachers are excellent, the studios are clean and neat. The yoga experience is divine. after taking yoga you are able to relax your mind and your body.
No parking is a detractor for me.

I started going to CorePowerYoga in 2014 and I was a consistent yogini there for 3 years. Since then, my lifestyle has been travel-induced, but if there is ever a CPY near me, I find it and I’m there. There is a comfort I find in knowing what to expect that makes me nostalgic and allows me to settle into my yoga class no matter what CP class I’m taking. It feels like home, and I will forever be a member of CorePower:)

I love Betsy E. Classes. It’s challenging and she pushes me to do a little more each time and get out of my comfort zone. And because of her I made my husband join CPY too. I just wish she had evening and weekend classes too. 🙏

Victor is a fantastic teacher.
Very clean, spacious and love the different levels of yogis at a C3 class. I even thought I took a bikram class as the room was generously heated. I will be back soon!
Each teacher brings their own style to teaching. I love the variety. Studios are very inviting and have fun retail section.

Victor is one of the best yoga instructors ever. Classes are challenging, but he keeps you motivated and also reminds you to listen to your body not your ego.
First class at CorePower Yoga with Lauren C, loved it. Music was great, her cueing also great!! Would totally recommend!!
Betsy is amazing. She does all the exercises and never takes a break. How can I take a break if she never does? Same with Olivia.
More sculpt classes (including the new super sculpt?) would be nice in WC. I end up going to Blackhawk for these a lot.
the workout is always good. every class is different which keeps it interesting and you don't get tired of going to the same class. The instructors have great messages and are super friendly and approachable. Modificatiions are suggested so that you can create a workout that works for fitting each person
Mahea’s class was a glimmer of hope to my Sunday. I was feeling rejuvenated and glowing after the class. It was extremely challenging and sweaty. I loved the songs she chose to play as well. One song really spoke to me as it seemed like a native chant of some kind and brought me peace and serenity. Definitely recommend Mahea’s class. She will also correct your yoga pose if you’re not doing it correctly as well. If you have time before brunch on Sunday would definitely recommend going but bring your water bottle. Wow was it steamy hot!
