I think the studio is beautiful and I appreciate the instructors here. I’ve been taking C1 courses to help with a lot of stiffness from old injuries throughout my body and I always end up leaving a class feeling fantastic like I’ve accomplished something healthy for my body. I appreciate the advocacy from the instructors towards the folks taking the class. The advocacy is to make sure folks learn form and the fundamentals in their practice. I also really appreciate that everyone is really nice.
It’s was a great, challenging class. The music however for the most part was so loud and not fitting for yoga,
I feel like all of the teachers are very welcoming and kind. It’s a great environment to forget about any kind of work you have to do and just focus on your practice.
