Studio is close to me and parking is usually very easy. Always good instructors at this location.
Classes are great. Sometimes teachers are hit or miss but I think right now there are no teachers I am not happy with.

Gaby Barbarino is an excellent instructor who's so friendly and helpful. Her classes are challenging and she's full of energy. she makes it so fun to come to class !
Very good class. It was a come back after 2 weeks with muscle injury. Used modifications many times to adjust many forms, which is ok, The provided core workouts which was good.
The music was chill which allowed to move with the flow with the class.
Been a prior member before, the classes are well designed for toning.

I love the vibe! I love the hot yoga… especially when it’s upstairs and extra toasty! I’m only visiting Walnut Creek and I live in Southern California - but I’ll definitely be back!! Awesome place to practice! 💕
