Everyone is so sweet and personable! I like that the classes all vary based on what your body needs that day (sculpt versus C2, etc.) But for the most part, you know what you will get for each type of class and can expect consistency with each practice.

Great instructors! Awesome variations in how each teacher leads their classes. You can tell they are paying attention to all of the participants in the class and providing high quality feedback to help everyone enhance their practice.
