I love CorePowerYoga. I was doing it before and during my pregnancy and I felt great. My labor and delivery was painful as expected but uneventful. I have started going back post partum and I love it. I look forward to continuing and losing my preggy weight.
The studio is centrally located in Walnut Creek has plenty of Studio space knowledgeable and friendly instructors and a variety of workouts.

Only comment - it was a 7:30 Saturday morning class, great instructor but she needs to project her voice more. With the music and the humidifiers running it was difficult to hear her cues.

I love the options of classes depending on your needs. I love the friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable instructors. And most important I love how I feel when I leave and I look forward to going.. it’s not just a class or something I have to do. I genuinely enjoy it (which people don’t usually say about a work out).
